Please read these Terms carefully before using irispectra.com or submitting any photographs. By accessing this website or submitting your iris photographs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein.
Section 1 — Service Description
irispectra provides structural self-mapping reports based on structural pattern and topological zone analysis. Reports are educational and informational documents intended solely for personal self-knowledge. They constitute interpretive structural analysis — not measurement, not examination, and not healthcare service of any kind.
1.1 What We Provide
- Structural analysis of iris photographs submitted by the user
- A written PDF report interpreting zone patterns, constitutional type, and topological markers
- Individualised protocol guidance of an educational and informational nature
- Optional follow-up access where applicable to the selected service tier
1.2 What We Do Not Provide
- Diagnosis, opinion, or assessment of any kind
- Treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or healthcare advice
- Any service regulated under the Turkish Law on the Practice of Medicine (No. 1219)
- A substitute for consultation with a licensed professional
Section 2 — Important Disclaimer
irispectra DOES NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. All analysis is interpretive and structural in nature. irispectra is not a licensed institution. Nothing in any report or communication produced by irispectra constitutes advice. You agree not to substitute irispectra's reports for professional consultation.
Section 3 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be submitting your own iris photographs or have explicit written consent from the individual whose photographs you are submitting. You are not submitting photographs of any minor.
Section 4 — Submission Process and Payment
4.1 Submission
Photographs are reviewed for technical suitability prior to payment being requested. No payment is requested until your images have been confirmed suitable.
4.2 Payment
Processed through Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record. irispectra does not store payment card information.
4.3 Pricing
Section 5 — Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 One-Time Reports
Refunds are not available once your report has been delivered. If delivery has not occurred and work has not commenced, cancellation requests may be considered at our sole discretion.
5.2 Subscriptions
Cancellable at any time via the Paddle customer portal or by emailing hello@irispectra.com. No partial refunds for unused billing periods.
5.3 EU and UK Users
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. By completing payment after image review, you explicitly request commencement of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived upon commencement, per Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
5.4 Non-Delivery
If your report has not arrived within 3 business days of payment, contact hello@irispectra.com within 7 days for priority resolution.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All reports, content, and materials produced by irispectra are the intellectual property of irispectra. Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or represent irispectra's analysis as advice in any context.
Section 7 — Limitation of Liability
irispectra's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. irispectra shall not be liable for any decision made on the basis of report content.
Section 8 — Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fethiye, Mugla, Turkey. EU users retain rights under mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
